Rektörümüz Prof. Dr. Nedim SÖZBİR’in de katılım sağlayacağı etkinlikte Uluslararası Ofis Koordinatörü Doç Dr. Sibel BAYRAM, Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu İl Müdürü Necmi KÖROĞLU, İl Göç Uzmanı Rıdvan HAKYEMEZ, Üniversitemiz Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanı Tahir GÜNEY ve Eğitim Bilimleri Öğretim Üyesi Doç. Dr. Abdi GÜNGÖR bulunacaktır.

Etkinlikte Üniversitemize yeni katılım sağlayan uluslararası öğrencileri tanımak, mevcut uluslararası öğrencilerin problemlerine ilişkin bilgi edinmek, öğrencilerin sağlık güvencesine dair sigorta işlemlerini tanıtmak, oturum izinlerine dair süreçler hakkında bilgi edinmek, Üniversite öğrenci sistemi ve kampüs hakkında bilgi vermek ve kültürel adaptasyon sürecine dair bilgi paylaşımının yapılması amaçlanmaktadır. Tüm öğrencilerimizin katılımlarını bekleriz.

The event titled ‘Orientation for International Students’ organised by the International Office Coordinatorship will be held on 1 October 2024 at 14:00 at Istiklal Conference Hall.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Nedim SÖZBİR will attend the event, which will be attended by International Office Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sibel BAYRAM, Provincial Director of Social Security Institution Necmi KÖROĞLU, Provincial Migration Specialist Rıdvan HAKYEMEZ, Head of Student Affairs Department Tahir GÜNEY and Educational Sciences Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdi GÜNGÖR.

In the event, it is aimed to get to know the international students who have recently joined our University, to learn about the problems of existing international students, to introduce the insurance procedures for students' health insurance, to learn about the processes related to residence permits, to provide information about the University student system and the campus and to share information about the cultural adaptation process. We expect the participation of all our students.
